Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Manchester have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fourth place. London at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. Manchester are looking forward to face higher ranked Cheshire P. (#3) in Chester in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. London will play on the road against Leicester R. and is hoping to win this game.

Newcastle Eagles defeated Leicester Riders 98-85 on Friday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leicester Riders. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was Maceo Jack who scored 23 points and 5 rebounds. Donald Carey produced 23 points for the guests. Newcastle Eagles have a solid series of three victories in a row. Newcastle E. maintains seventh place with 5-7 record. Defending champion Leicester R. keeps the sixth position with six games lost.
